This residenz is located below the village
of Vico Morcote, near to the lake
2 km from Melide and Morcote.
There is a bus service to Lugano which is 6 km away.
Public beach, tennis courts, shops and restaurants
can be found at Melide,
plus there is a train station and
the lake steamers stop here too.

The building is in Ticino architectural style,
with a magnificent view of the lake.
There is a swimming pool 5 x 10 m,
with a lawn near to the wood.		 
2 rooms - apartment approx. 60 m2, for 2 - 4 pers.

Living room with bed sofa - l.20 m. fireplace
Double bedroom, separated from the living room by a curtain.
Bath/shower/W.C./Bidet
Newly furnished IKEA style
Large covered terrace, 15m2, with lake view
Private parking place
Very peaceful location facing south west.
